FAT Recovery
FAT Recovery is a data recovery software that can recover files from disks and other media that have been formatted using FAT or FAT32 - the file systems used for hard drives in computers running Windows 95, 98 and Me as well as many that use Windows NT 4, Windows 2000 or Windows XP, plus floppy disks, memory cards and many other removable drives.
FAT Recovery is more than a deleted files recovery tool. It can recover files from a disk that has been corrupted, reformatted or repartitioned, even if the drive cannot be read by Windows.
FAT Recovery can recover lost or deleted partitions, repair master boot records (MBR), unformat drives that have been formatted with the FAT or FAT32 file system, and fix other problems that can make a disk unreadable by Windows.
FAT Recovery can also recover lost or deleted files from hard disks, floppy disks, memory sticks, memory cards and all other types of non-optical storage media. It can recover deleted files even after you have emptied the Recycle Bin, or if you used Shift+Delete to delete tgem.
FAT Recovery can recover any type of file, including Microsoft Office files, audio and video files and photo images. Its unrivalled wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) file preview lets you see what each file contains, even in the trial version. Recovered files may be saved to any drive visible to Windows, including network drives and writeable CD and DVD drives.
FAT Recovery uses DiskInternals' exclusive Power Search Technology to identify and recover more than 160 different file types that might otherwise be undetectable on the disk.
